Wall Mounted Shelves

SG Equipments manufactures 3 different types of Wall Mounted Shelves. Adjustable Shelves 1 or 2 tier, Single Tier fixed shelf and 2 Tier fixed shelves. All the Wall Mounted Shelves are constructed of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The shelves are made from 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet with the sides and front double beaded. The Wall Mounted Shelves are grouted to the wall using stainless steel fasteners

Trolleys

SG Equipments manufactures various type of trolleys to meet the need of moving different commodities with in a kitchen. SG Equipment range of trolleys includes, Utility Trolleys, Platform Trolleys, Masala Trolleys, Plate Trolleys and Vegetable Crate Trolleys. All Trolleys are made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel and provided with heavy duty nylon or rubber castor wheels according to requirement. Half of the number of castor wheels on a trolley will be with brakes. The Platform Trolleys and Vegetable Crate Trolleys will be provided with rubber bumpers in the corner.

SS Pallets

Heavy Duty Pallets constructed from AISI304 Stainless Steel Square Pipes 40x40x1.5mm THK for the legs and border, cross members are made from Square Pipes 30x30x1.5mm THK welded equidistantly in the border frame. Adjustable nylon bullet feet are provided on the legs. SG Equipments stainless steel pallets are designed to with stand rigorous usage and be reliable for prolonged periods.

Potato Onion Bin

SG Equipment Potato & Onion bins are entirely made of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Constructed with a frame of angle iron and steel wire mesh, this bins are very sturdy and reliable. These bins are provided with slide-up doors and a collecting tray in the front and heavy duty castor wheels for easy movement.

Garbage Bin

SG Equipment garbage bins (trash bins) are made from AISI304 Stainless Steel. 2 different models of garbage bins are available, such as rectangular model with pedal operated lid and the round model. The rectangular model is provided with uni-directional wheels and the round models are provided along with a removable garbage bin holder with castor wheels. The Garbage Bin body is made from 1.2mm THK and is provided with fall-down handle and lid made of 1.2mm THK SS.

Drain Grating

SG Equipments Drain Gratings are made from AISI304 Stainless Steel. The Drain gratings consists of, a Trough of 1.5mm THK, a Perforated Strainer of 1.2mm THK and an Anti-Slip Grating on top. The Anti-Slip Grating Outer frame is made out of 25x4mm flat, the internal cross members of the grating are made from 25x3mm flats, inter locked  vertically and welded together. Stainless steel split end strips are provided at corners of the trough for concreting to the floor.

Pot Wash Grill

Heavy Duty Pot Wash Grills constructed from AISI304 Stainless Steel Square Pipes 40x40x1.5mm THK for the legs and border, cross members are made from Pipes Ø32×1.5mm THK welded equidistantly in the border frame. The Pot Wash Grills are provided with cross supports made from Square Pipes 25x25x1.5mm THK at a gap of 150mm from the floor. Adjustable nylon bullet feet are provided on the legs. SG Equipments Pot Wash Grills are designed to withstand rigorous usage and be reliable for prolonged periods.

Flour Bins

SG Equipments Flour Bins are made with AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The body and split hinged lid is made from 1.2mm THK. The lid is hemmed outside. The unit is provided with 4 number of Ø100mm rubberized wheels two of which are with brakes.

Coconut Scrapper

The SG Equipment heavy duty Coconut Scrapper with stainless steel construction. Fitted with 1/2 HP heavy duty 3 Phase Motor, 440V. Rotation Direction is Clockwise. Fitted with 1/2 HP heavy duty Motor, 440V, 3 Phase. Table Top, Floor Standing and Wall Mounted models are available.

Storage Racks

SG Equipments Storage Solutions have a variety of storage racks to meet specific needs. All the Storage Racks are made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Storage Racks can be of 40x40x1.5mm Square Pipe legs or Ø38×1.5mm THK Round Pipe legs, with adjustable nylon bullet feet. The bottom most shelf is at a gap of 150mm from the floor and all other shelves are kept at an equal distance to each other. Racks can be of 4 or 5 shelves.
1. Storage Racks Type A – These Storage Racks are provided with Shelves 1.2mm THK with sides bent down.
2. Storage Racks Type B – These Storage Racks are provided with Shelves 1.2mm THK with rear and sides bent up and hemmed outside.
3. Pot Wash Rack – Pot Wash Racks are made entirely from pipes. The four Legs are Round Pipe Ø38×1.5mm. The cross members joining the legs are Ø32×1.5mm. The internal cross members joining the external cross members are Ø25×1.5mm spaced equidistantly.
4. Cold Room Racks – Cold Room Racks are provided with perforated Shelves 1.2mm THK with sides bent down.

Plate/Tray Dispenser

The SG Equipments Electric Plate/Tray Dispenser with plate warming, is made of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The top panel is 1.5mm THK, all side panels are 1mm THK, single cylinder type with Spring Loaded tray holder. The Plate/Tray Dispenser is fitted with 750w electric air heating coil for plate/tray warming. It is provided with a Rotary On/Off Switch, an analogue or digital thermostat for temperature control, two light indicators and a temperature display. Tray size: 450 x 350 mm, to be inserted into the Plate/Tray Dispenser.

Tall Storage Unit

Tall Storage Units made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Doors are equipped with formed handles, Hettich Soft Close Hinges and lock. Legs are provided with adjustable nylon bullet feet. The bottom shelf and the intermediate shelves are 1.2mm THK, side, rear, and top panels are 1mm THK. The Doors are 1.2mm THK and reinforced with stiffeners of 1.2mm THK.
