Bainmarie Counter
The SG Equipments Hot Bain Marie Counter is constructed from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel and are available with 2 different configurations, such as Floor Standing Bain Marie and Drop-In Bain Marie. The Floor Standing Bain Marie is provided with an integrated Tray Slider to the Top Panel. Both configurations can be provided with Glass or Acrylic Sneeze Guard with LED lighting, which will be supported with two vertical Rectangular Pipe 80x40mm. The Hot Bain Maries are built around an internal frame of 32x32x3mm THK angle frames and SQ Pipe of 40x40x1.5THK as vertical members or legs, for an incomparable strength and are cladded with double layer side panels of 1mm THK with insulation. The Floor Standing Bain Marie Counters are provided with an under shelf of 1.2mm THK and adjustable nylon bullet feet. The internal tank is made using 1.2mm THK AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel Sheet and is welded to the Top Panel. The tank is provided with an automatic water low level cut-off switch for safety. The Hot Bain Marie is equipped with Rotary On/Off switch, an analogue thermostat for temperature control and two light indicators.
Tea & Coffee Counter
The Tea & Coffee Counter is made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. It is provided with front and side toughened glasses of 10mm THK. The Tea & Coffee counter is provided with a burner and a vessel rest of 250x250mm as an option. The top serving shelf can be of glass of same thickness as the front and sides or of granite. The top serving shelf is supported on Square Pipe 30x30x1.5mm THK frame. Tea & Coffee counter is constructed around an internal frame consisting of vertical square pipes 40x40x1.5mm THK as legs and angle iron 32x32x3mm THK as cross members. The undershelf provided is made from 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet and double beaded on all sides. The internal frame is cladded with 1mm THK stainless steel sheet on the front and sides. The top panel is made from 1.5mm THK and raised by 20mm at the front. The Top Panel is provided with a drain and a perforated cover. On the rear side a recessed control panel of 1.2mm THK is provided for the burner controls. A spillage tray of 1mm THK and hemmed on all sides, is provided under the recessed control panel. The Tea & Coffee counter is provided with a hot chamber with 2 round containers. A separate control panel is provided for the hot chamber with a rotary ON/Off switch, an analogue thermostat and two light indicators.
Hot Food Trolley
SG Equipments Hot Food Trolley is made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Constructed around vertical Square Pipes 30x30x1.5mm THK, and cladded on the sides and rear with double layer 1mm THK stainless steel sheets with insulation. The doors are made from a double layer 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet on the exterior and closed with 1mm THK sheet on the back, with insulation. The doors are hinged on the sides and are also provided with locking facility. The control panel is made from 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet and is positioned above the doors on the front. The control panel is equipped with a rotary On/Off switch, an analogue thermostat for temperature control and a couple of light indicators. Two handles of the stainless steel pipe Ø25×1.5mm THK is provided on both the sides. The Hot Food Trolley is equipped with four numbers of all swivel castor wheels Ø150mm at the bottom two of which are with brakes. 25x25x16G SS angle is provided in each inner compartment to accommodate (Tray, GN Pans Containers, and Thali etc.).
