Constructed using AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Top Panel 1.5mm Thick, Undershelves 1.2mm THK, and Legs are also AISI304 and can be of Square Pipes 40x40x1.5mm THK, or Round Pipes Ø38×1.5mm THK with Nylon or Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet. The Top Panels are made with a sunk-in of 20mm with a 45° angular raised border, and are provided with Stiffeners of 1.2mm THK on the sides. Available with various configurations, 1/2/3 Sinks, 1 Undershelf or Cross Supports. Standard length of the Sink Tables ranges from 500mm to 2900mm with an increment of 100mm in length and Standard depth of the Sink Tables ranges from 500mm to 900mm with an increment of 100mm. Height of the Sink Tables are a standard 850mm and an additional 150mm Splash Guard. Sinks are also made of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel, welded to the top panel and are of 1.2mm THK if less than or equal to 450x450mm in size above the afore mentioned size Sinks will be made of 1.5mm THK.
Pot wash sink Table
Constructed using AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Height of the Pot Wash Sink Tables are a standard 850mm and an additional 150mm Splash Guard.
Hand Wash Sink (Knee Operated)
Hand Wash Sinks are constructed of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Top Panel made of 1.5mm THK sheet and are made with a sunk-in of 20mm with a 45° angular raised border. Side Panels are made of 1mm THK sheet. The Front Panel is also made of 1mm THK sheet and pivoted on the upper side to be operated by knee. Other than the Square shaped sink, Round Bowl type sink also can be provided. Standard size of the sink is L450xD450xH300 and the Splash Guard will be, an additional 150mm in height. Wall mounting provision is provided in the H-frame.
Sterlizing sink Table
Constructed using AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Top Panel 1.5mm Thick and is made with a sunk-in of 20mm with angular raised borders, Legs are also AISI304 and can be of Square Pipes 40x40x1.5mm THK, or Round Pipes Ø38×1.5mm THK with Nylon or Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet. . The Top Panels are made with a sunk-in of 20mm with a 45° angular raised border. The Top Panel is sound deadened with Omega Channels & Stiffeners of 1.2mm THK. There are 3 variants of Sterilizing Sinks available.
(i) 1+2 Sterilizing Sink Table L1800xD700XH850+SG150 which has 1 Sterilizing Sink and Two Sinks.
(ii) 1+1 Sterilizing Sink Table L1250xD700XH850+SG150 which has 1 Sterilizing Sink and 1 Sink.
(iii) 1 Sterilizing Sink Table L650xD700XH850+SG150 which has 1 Sterilizing Sink.
Height of the Sterilizing Sink Tables are a standard 850mm and an additional 150mm Splash Guard. Sterilizing Sinks are available in Electrical or Steam operated configurations. Electrical load of the Sterilizing Sink is 3KW.
